Yoga: A holistic way of life!
If you Yogathink people in seemingly impossible poses, and strangely distorted the “Yoga”, if they think, so you can an idea of, what is yoga, just a hunch, that is. But it is much more than these poses. Is a complete way of life including Gyan and bhakti , philosophy or way of happiness, devotional or mind blowing actions such as Karma and Raja  or path of mind control. Raja Yoga is further divided into eight parts, of which only a part is Asana or postures. Derived from the word Silva “Yuj” means “unite or integrate;” Yoga is an Indian 5000 years. It is about the harmonisation of the body with the mind and breathing through its postures (asanas), breathing techniques and meditation.

It was never strange for us. Is a form of our life. We have done this since I was a baby! If it the cat, which strengthens the spine or the pose of the relief of the wind, which stimulate digestion, you see children always have some form of yoga in the day the spirit keeps the body, clear. It can be many things for many people. Our strong parts strive to be flexible and our flexible parts are too anxious to be strong. It create a wonderful sense of balance in your body, mind and soul.
