Sri Sri Yoga course
Sri Sri Yoga is the workshop of 10-0 about 3-5 days, joining of body, breath and mind in a joyful experience. A combination of smooth and energetic series of asanas is by the holistic well-being of the body, while equal emphasis on techniques to mind and spirit nourish taught. The program offers a multi-dimensional with routine involves breathing techniques, poses, meditation know, a practice of the company’s completely at home gives the students. Is a complete package for beginners as well as regular practitioners and something for all ages. Through the practices taught the participants in the workshop can lose weight and cure chronic diseases such as asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure, insomnia and migraine.
