1.Wind-releasing pose– Yoga poses which is very efficient for the weight loss is called wind-releasing pose. This yoga pose is very trendy between youngsters. This yoga pose helps to eliminate fat from the body. This yoga pose is excellent for losing weight from abdominal area
For this yoga pose all you have to do is lie down on the floor and bring your knees up to your chest area with both of your ankles. Grip your arms in this yoga pose over the knee area as you bring your head up to the floor. All you have to do in this yoga pose is to deep breath and when you feel stretch then relax yourself slowly.
2. Cobra Pose-There is another yoga pose for weight loss which is known as Cobra Pose. This type of yoga pose is much easier for the beginners as well. In this Cobra Pose you have to lie down on floor with straight posture and the top or highest ends of your feet opposite the ground. In this yoga pose make sure you press your legs and hips down. Put your hands beneath your shoulders and spread your fingers apart. In this pose while lifting your head press into your hands and lift your chest and upper back too.
3. Bow pose-Another yoga pose which is very effective is called the bow pose. This yoga pose is the key to get slim and smart shape. The center area of this exercise is the arms, legs and abdominal parts.
This is very simple exercise, all you have to do is that lie on your stomach position and then bend your knees and try to grab your feet, it will not be easy in the start but one will get use to it slowly and gradually. Then pull your stomach and raise your feet while raising the upper part of the body. In this position make sure you keep your shoulders straight. Repeat this yoga pose and see the results.
4.Stretch Pose-There are many yoga poses which are for weight loss and one of them is called side stretch pose. It burns your calories in less time. This yoga pose is simple, you have to just stand up and then lift your feet. Then the next step is that you have to rotate your chest and your feet on the right side. While doing this you have to keep your leg straight. Then turn over to your leg of the right side unless your chest area is parallel to the floor, while you are going towards the ground area. In this yoga pose you have to exhale a lot while you are moving yourself.
