1. Protect yourself from the sun
One of the most important healthy skin tips is to protect your skin from the sun. Regular sun exposure might cause age spots, wrinkles and many other skin troubles as well as increase the risk of skin cancer.

3. Treat your skin gently
Daily cleansing and shaving can take a toll on your skin. To maintain it mild:
- Limit bath time- Hot water and long showers or baths remove oils from your skin. Bound your bath or freshen up time and use warm water instead of hot water.
- Avoid strong soaps- Strong soaps and detergents can remove oil from your skin. In its place, select gentle cleansers.
- Shave carefully- To defend and for a healthy glowing skin, apply shaving balm, gel or lotion before shaving. For the best shave use a fresh sharp razor. Trim in the way the hair expands and not opposite to it.
- Blot dry- After bathing or washing, softly tap or blot your skin dry with a towel so that some moisture remains on your skin.
- Moisturize dry skin- If your skin is dry, use a moisturizer that fits your skin. For daily utilization, select a moisturizer that contains SPF.
4. Take a healthy diet
Dieting benefits can help you look and sense your best. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, lean proteins and whole grains. The union between diet and bad skin is not clear but some research suggests that a diet rich in vitamin C and low in unhealthy fats and processed or refined carbohydrates might promote younger looking skin.
